Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Zempost, an app for composing, scheduling, publishing, and reviewing social media content.

By using Zempost, you agree to use the app responsibly and only for accounts, pages, profiles, brands, or organizations that you are authorized to manage.

Zempost lets users connect supported social platforms, upload media, create drafts, schedule posts, publish content, review publishing results, and manage related account settings.

You are responsible for the content you create, schedule, publish, or submit through the app, including text, images, videos, links, comments, and metadata.

You must only connect social accounts that you own or are authorized to administer. You are responsible for keeping platform access, page roles, permissions, and account settings accurate.

Zempost depends on third-party platform APIs. A connected platform may reject, delay, remove, rate-limit, or change how content is published according to its own rules, policies, and technical systems.

You may not use Zempost to publish unlawful, misleading, infringing, abusive, harmful, or unauthorized content, or to violate any social platform policy, applicable law, or third-party right.

You may not attempt to bypass security controls, access another user's data, misuse API keys or OAuth tokens, interfere with platform systems, or use the app for spam, scraping, impersonation, or unauthorized automation.

Scheduled publishing relies on app availability, connected account health, valid tokens, platform permissions, media accessibility, and third-party API behavior at the time the scheduled job runs.

Zempost aims to provide reliable scheduling and publishing, but it does not guarantee that every post will publish at the exact scheduled time or be accepted by every connected platform.

If you create or use Zempost API keys, MCP tools, or similar integrations, you are responsible for keeping those credentials secure and limiting access to authorized users and workflows.

Zempost may revoke, rotate, or limit credentials if misuse, security risk, unauthorized access, or policy violation is suspected.

Zempost may update, suspend, remove, or change features as platform APIs, business needs, security requirements, or product priorities change.

The app may also require users to reconnect accounts or grant updated permissions when a social platform changes its OAuth, API, or publishing requirements.

If Zempost offers paid plans, subscription pricing, billing cycles, cancellation terms, and refund rules will be shown before purchase or in the billing workflow for the plan.

Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, users are responsible for all charges accepted through their account and for canceling before the next renewal date when they no longer want a paid plan.

You may stop using Zempost or request account deletion at any time. Zempost may suspend or terminate access if an account violates these Terms, creates security risk, or misuses platform integrations.

After termination or deletion, Zempost removes active app data from normal product workflows, subject to backup retention, legal obligations, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, and security logging.

You must not upload, schedule, or publish content that infringes another party's intellectual property rights.

Rights holders can send infringement or takedown notices to faraz@zempost.com with enough detail to identify the content, the claimed right, and the requesting party.

These Terms are governed by the laws that apply to Zempost's operating entity and the user's written agreement with Zempost, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

If no separate written agreement applies, disputes should first be raised by contacting faraz@zempost.com so the parties can try to resolve the issue informally before formal proceedings.

Zempost is provided for social publishing operations, but users remain responsible for reviewing content, platform selection, timing, permissions, and final publishing outcomes.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zempost is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including lost reach, lost revenue, account restrictions, platform removals, or failed third-party publishing.
