Data Deletion Instructions

If you want us to delete your data from Zempost, email us at faraz@zempost.com and we will remove your account and associated data within 7 days.

Please send the request from the email address connected to your Zempost account so we can verify the account before deleting data.

After verifying your request, we delete your Zempost account data, connected social account records, stored publishing credentials, drafts, scheduled posts, uploaded media references, and related app data associated with your account.

Some information may remain temporarily in backups, logs, or records we are required to keep for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or dispute resolution.

You can also remove Zempost's access directly from Facebook, Instagram, or any other connected platform through that platform's app, security, or business integration settings.

Removing Zempost from a social platform stops future access from that platform, but you should still email faraz@zempost.com if you want your Zempost account and app data deleted.
